Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding education loan inquiries.
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment plans, and documentation requirements.
Follow up with potential applicants to complete their loan applications.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details.
Address and resolve customer queries related to education loans.
Meet daily/weekly targets for lead conversions and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-2 years in tele calling, customer service, or sales (preferably in banking or financial services).
Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Education: diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Tech Knowledge: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Languages: Proficiency in English and regional languages is an advantage.
