Job Description

Collect, compile & validate daily home loan business data

including leads, logins, sanctions, disbursements & rejections from branch/field teams.

Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports

to track business performance across sourcing channels and product categories.

Maintain accurate dashboards

on loan pipeline movement -- enquiry ? login ? sanction ? disbursement.

Analyze approval & rejection trends

to identify bottlenecks, documentation gaps & policy deviation reasons.

Provide insights on conversion metrics

to sales management to improve productivity and TAT.

Monitor builder project status & property pipeline

for stage-wise disbursement planning and fund allocation.

Generate performance scorecards

for sales executives, channel partners & DSAs based on sourcing output and conversion rate.

Track competitor rates, schemes & payout data

and update management for pricing decisions.

Coordinate with sales, credit, technical & disbursement teams

to reconcile data discrepancies and maintain reporting accuracy.

Assist management with data for review meetings

including forecasting, budgeting & productivity analysis.

Ensure 100% data accuracy

through regular audits, duplicate checks & validation against system records.

Prepare presentation decks & dashboards

for senior management using Excel, Power BI or CRM analytics tools.

Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time)

at every stage of loan processing and highlight delays for quick resolution.

Support regulatory & audit requirements

by maintaining complete and accurate records as per policy.

Publish actionable insights

to help branches improve lead quality, login ratios & disbursement performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
