Job Description

Manage and grow the

overall loan portfolio

across products (PL, BL, HL, LAP, etc.) Monitor

portfolio performance

, disbursements, yield, and profitability Track and control

delinquencies, overdue accounts, and early warning signals

Coordinate with

sales, credit, and collections teams

for portfolio quality Analyze

risk, concentration, and exposure limits

Ensure

policy compliance

and regulatory adherence Prepare and present

MIS, portfolio reports, and insights

to management Support

cross-sell and retention strategies

to maximize customer value Drive

process improvements

for portfolio efficiency and growth
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
