Job Responsibilities

• Work extensively with the Market/Under writers, Client Service groups and Bankers to setup New Loans, process Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees, collection of interest & Past Due Reconciliation using multiple loan platforms/Credit applications
• Ensure all Service Level Agreement\'s (Quantity & Quality) are met and any exceptions are immediately escalated for resolution
• Process with high levels of accuracy to ensure transactions do not lead to Financial losses or Risk events
• Ensuring all controls and JP Morgan requirements are adhered to at all times and any risk items escalated immediately. Comply with audit and compliance regulations for internal and external audits
• Maintain 100% client satisfaction that is received through i Survey scores
• Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stakeholders. Ensure timely escalation to Senior management, as appropriate
• Be an SME in the process and understand the upstream and downstream process

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

• Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred
• 1 - 4 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations
• You should be open to work in night shifts
• Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and across levels
• ACBS/VLS/LIQ servicing system knowledge preferred
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Risk & control mindset
