Work extensively with the Market/Under writers, Client Service groups and Bankers to setup New Loans, process Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees, collection of interest & Past Due Reconciliation using multiple loan platforms/Credit applications
Ensure all Service Level Agreement\'s (Quantity & Quality) are met and any exceptions are immediately escalated for resolution
Process with high levels of accuracy to ensure transactions do not lead to Financial losses or Risk events
Ensuring all controls and JP Morgan requirements are adhered to at all times and any risk items escalated immediately. Comply with audit and compliance regulations for internal and external audits
Maintain 100% client satisfaction that is received through i Survey scores
Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stakeholders. Ensure timely escalation to Senior management, as appropriate
Be an SME in the process and understand the upstream and downstream process
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred
1 - 4 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations
You should be open to work in night shifts
Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and across levels
ACBS/VLS/LIQ servicing system knowledge preferred
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Risk & control mindset
