Job Responsibilities

  • Work extensively with the Market/Under writers, Client Service groups and Bankers to setup New Loans, process Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees, collection of interest, Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation using multiple loan platforms/Credit applications, Analyze the process flow and suggest improvements to eliminate redundant steps through effective value stream mapping
  • Ensure all SLA\'s (Quantity & Quality) are met and any exceptions are immediately escalated for resolution
  • Process with high levels of accuracy to ensure transactions do not lead to Financial losses or Risk events
  • Ensuring all controls and JP Morgan requirements are adhered to at all times and any risk items escalated immediately
  • Comply with audit and compliance regulations for internal and external audits, Maintain high levels of engagement with the Lenders, Credit executives/Underwriters, Client service executives and Bankers
  • Ensure timely escalation to Senior management, as appropriate, Maintain 100% client satisfaction that is received through i Survey scores
  • Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stakeholders, Be an SME in the process and understand the upstream and downstream process
Required Qualification, Skills and Capabilities
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred, 1 - 4 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations
  • You should be open to work in night shifts, Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and across levels
  • Manage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the process, Preferable knowledge on aspects of Financial Statements, MIS reporting, Credit Agreement and other loan documents
  • ACBS/VLS/LIQ servicing system knowledge preferred, Demonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountability, Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment, Attention to detail and problem solving skills, Client relationship and time management
