Job Responsibilities Interpret, Understand, Review, Prepare Legal loan documents & process transactions as per SLA, Perform Entity, Collateral due diligence to comply with the regulatory requirements Ensure all SLA\'s (Quantity & Quality) are met and any exceptions are immediately escalated for resolution. Process with high levels of accuracy to ensure transactions do not lead to Financial losses or Risk events Ensuring all controls and JP Morgan requirements are adhered to at all times and any risk items escalated immediately, Comply with audit and compliance regulations for internal and external audits Maintain high levels of engagement with the Lenders, Credit executives/Underwriters, Client service executives and Bankers Ensure timely escalation to Senior management, as appropriate, Maintain 100% client satisfaction received through i Survey scores Follows up on Hold items documentation with relevant stakeholders, Be an SME in the process and understand the upstream and downstream process Analyze the process flow and suggest improvements to eliminate redundant steps through effective value stream mapping Identifying alternatives, options, and different ways of looking at issues/problems and to seek alternative scenario\'s, Ability to identify changes to processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred, 3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations You should be open to work in night shifts, Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and across levels You should manage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the process, Preferable knowledge on aspects of Credit Agreement, Entity Organization Documents and other loan documents You should manage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the process, Demonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountability Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment, Attention to detail and problem solving skills, Client relationship and time management
