Formation of Groups and explaining the process in detail

Collection Documents from Members

Conducting Loan Utilization Checks on regular interval

Timely Collections of Monthly Installments as per Schedule

Maintenance of Portfolio Quality

CREs must handle 200 Customers on an average

Organizing Centre Meetings. ?

Building Relationship with Members. ?

Responsible for Collection. ?

Updating the Registers on daily basis. ?

Maintain Code of Conduct of the Company.

*Two Wheeler and Driving License is mandatory

*Qualification Should be +2 and Above

*Age limit upto 28 years for freshers and 32 for MFI experienced candidate
