Role Summary:
We are hiring Loan Officers to drive JLG loan Sales in Telangana. The role involves sourcing customers, group formation, loan Sales, and portfolio management in rural and semi-urban areas.
Key Requirements:
Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
Experience: 02 years (freshers can apply)
Age: 3035 years
Language: Telugu (mandatory)
Must be open to extensive field work
Two-wheeler preferred
Compensation:
Salary: 2.5 to 4 LPA based on experience
Incentives: Performance-based (in addition to fixed salary)
