Handle outbound and inbound calls related to
Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan
Convert leads into successful loan cases
Follow up with customers till loan disbursement
Verify basic customer documents (KYC, income documents, bank statements, etc.)
Achieve assigned monthly targets
