Designa\xc6\x9fon: Loan Origina\xc6\x9fon Officer/Loan Officer

Experience: FresherMentioned is JD of the post.
1. Work on dialer and call on database to generate prospects for home loan
2. Appointment generation for prospects and assignment to field team for visit.
3. Track working of filed officer for appointment, document collection
4. File status tracking till submission of documents to credit and serial no. generation.
5. Complete login time of 9 hours per day
6. Talk time to be 3.5 hours + and break time not to exceed 1 hour
7. Attend weekly feedback session with Quality team at the slotted time
8. Attend Weekly Review done by team leader to check progress on
Appointment count and serial no. generation
9. Responsible for quality of the conversation, which entails the following -

\xc3\x98 Product Knowledge
\xc3\x98 Profiling
\xc3\x98 Appraisal Skills
\xc3\x98 Soft skills
\xc3\x98 TAT commitments
\xc3\x98 Ability to handle objections
\xc3\x98 Documentation \xe2\x80\x93 CRM/LMS
10. Provide support to the sales team in increasing conversions by -
\xc3\x98 Prompt calling to all customers
\xc3\x98 Timely follow up with them
\xc3\x98 Cordial relationships with the sales officer mapped, collaborating with the sales officer in
providing feedback (audit), seeking feedback from him.
11. Having complete knowledge of company products and policies as
well as those of competition.
12. Generating References while talking to customers to increase business.
13. Follow basic floor hygiene
Eligibility: -
1- Candidate must be Graduate in any stream.
2- Communication skill should be Good (Hindi/English/Gujarati).
