10+ years in banking, loan department, or MSME financing (Retired/VRS candidates welcome)
Work closely with banks' loan departments to support MSME financing.
Mentor MSMEs in accessing government schemes (ZED, LEAN, ESG, etc.).
Assist entrepreneurs with registrations, licenses, and government benefits.
Provide advisory on regulations, business strategy, and market linkages.
Guide MSMEs in preparing loan applications, credit documents, and financial statements.
Conduct market research and identify fairs/events to boost MSME visibility.
Collaborate with government bodies, FPOs, cooperatives, and partners.
Organize training and capacity-building programs for MSMEs.
Preference will be given to retired/VRS bankers with strong loan department experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Experience:
banking/loan department/MSME finance experience.: 7 years (Preferred)
