Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in understanding and applying for various loans for Solar Projects

Collect, verify, and process loan application documents.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Maintain customer records and follow up for pending documentation or approvals.

Provide excellent customer support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Desired Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of financial products and loan procedures.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
