We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Loans Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the loan or financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end loan processing, client handling, documentation, and follow-ups. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of lending products and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Handle loan applications from sourcing to disbursal
Maintain relationships with clients and guide them through loan processes
Ensure timely collection and verification of documents
Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions
Meet monthly loan disbursal and customer acquisition targets
Stay updated with lending regulations and product updates
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the loan or finance industry
Strong understanding of personal, home, or business loans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
