Job Summary

:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven individuals to join our Merchant Loan Sales team. The role involves onboarding small and medium merchants for transaction-based business loans (based on their QR code or digital payment history). The candidate will be responsible for identifying eligible merchants, explaining loan products, collecting necessary documents, and ensuring successful disbursal.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify and onboard merchants using QR code-based payment platforms (e.g., PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, etc.) Explain loan products tailored to the merchant's transaction volume Collect KYC and financial documents from merchants Coordinate with the credit team for loan approval and disbursal Achieve daily/monthly sales targets Educate merchants on loan repayment schedules and digital EMI collections Maintain relationships with merchants for future upselling opportunities Track and report daily activity, funnel progress, and conversion status
Eligibility Criteria

:

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred Experience: 6 months to 2 years in field sales, merchant onboarding, or fintech loan products preferred Freshers with good communication and field interest can apply

Skills Required: Good communication and persuasion skills Ability to work in field conditions and meet targets Basic understanding of digital payments, QR code systems, and lending products Smartphone usage and app handling

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,539.51 per month
