Job Description

Generate

PL & BL leads

through tele-calling, field sourcing, referrals and digital channels. Achieve

monthly / quarterly login, sanction and disbursement targets

. Explain

loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure and repayment options

to customers. Handle

end-to-end loan processing

from application to final disbursement. Collect and verify

KYC, income proof, bank statements, GST/ITR (for BL)

documents. Coordinate with

Credit, Operations and Risk teams

for faster approvals. Maintain strong

relationships with DSAs, connectors, CA's and referral partners

. Conduct

customer/business verification calls or visits

when required. Track

daily pipeline, approval ratios and conversion performance

. Ensure

policy compliance and accurate documentation

for unsecured loans. Cross-sell

credit cards, insurance and top-up loans

where applicable. Provide

regular follow-ups and customer query resolution

till closure. Prepare and update

MIS reports, sales trackers and productivity sheets

. Monitor

portfolio quality and overdue cases

to minimize risk. Stay updated on

market trends, competitor offers and product changes

.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
