Job Responsibilities Calling customers regarding loan requirements (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan / LAP). Explaining loan products, eligibility, documents, and process. Collecting customer documents through WhatsApp. Coordinating with banks/NBFCs for file login and follow-up. Maintaining daily leads and follow-ups in CRM (training will be provided). Achieving monthly targets and giving daily updates. Skills Required Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred). Basic knowledge of loans or sales (training provided). Must be punctual, confident, and target-oriented. Basic smartphone and WhatsApp handling. Eligibility Minimum 12th pass. Freshers welcome.
