We are looking for a

Loading Supervisor

to oversee the

loading and unloading of trucks

and ensure the

proper dispatch of products

from our factory. The ideal candidate should have experience in

managing logistics operations

, coordinating with the team, and ensuring efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the

loading and unloading

of trucks efficiently. Ensure the

correct quantity and quality

of products are dispatched as per orders. Maintain

accurate records of dispatches and stock movement

. Coordinate with

warehouse, transport, and production teams

to ensure smooth operations. Ensure

safety protocols

are followed during loading/unloading. Resolve any issues related to

logistics, delays, or product handling

. Report daily

dispatch details

to the management.

Requirements:

Experience in

warehouse/logistics supervision

preferred. Ability to

handle a team of workers

and ensure smooth dispatch operations. Basic knowledge of

inventory management and documentation

. Physically fit and willing to

work in a fast-paced environment

.
