- Overseeing the loading and unloading of goods, products, or materials
- Ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading processes
- Supervising and directing a team of loaders, laborers, or warehouse workers
- Ensuring accurate counting and reporting of inventory
- Coordinating with logistics teams, warehouse staff, and transportation providers
- Resolving issues and conflicts related to loading and unloading operations
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
