Profile- Loading Supervisor

Experience- 5 years

Ctc- upto 3.6 lpa (depends on interview)

Working Days- 6 Days

Key Responsibilities Loading & Unloading Supervisor

Operational Management

Supervise daily loading and unloading operations of TMT rebars, bundles, coils, and finished goods. Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and warehouse teams to plan vehicle schedules. Ensure optimal use of

EOT crane, Hydra, and mobile cranes

for material movement. Allocate manpower effectively for smooth operations during peak hours.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures while operating material handling equipment. Conduct pre-operation safety checks for EOT cranes and hydras. Enforce PPE compliance and safe working practices among workers. Report any unsafe acts, near misses, or equipment malfunctions immediately.

Quality & Accuracy

Ensure correct material is loaded/unloaded as per DOs, challans, and customer requirements. Monitor proper stacking, bundling, and segregation of materials. Prevent damages during lifting, shifting, or loading activities.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and internal departments for timely dispatch. Maintain daily records of loading/unloading activities, delays, and issues. Communicate shift updates and operational status to Warehouse/Operations Head.

Housekeeping & Discipline

Ensure clean, organized loading bays and material yards at all times. Maintain discipline among equipment operators, riggers, and helpers.
