Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a physically fit and reliable Loader to support our operations by efficiently loading, unloading, and moving goods/materials. The Loader will ensure that products are handled safely, placed correctly, and delivered on time to support smooth warehouse/logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload goods, materials, or products from trucks, containers, or storage areas. Safely stack and organize goods in designated locations to avoid damage. Assist in packing, wrapping, labeling, and palletizing products. Ensure proper handling of fragile and hazardous items as per company policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the loading/unloading areas. Operate material handling equipment (manual or mechanical, if trained/authorized). Check and verify the quantity and quality of items while loading/unloading. Support inventory counts and stock movements when required. Report damaged or missing goods to the supervisor immediately. Follow all safety, security, and company compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass (preferred, but not mandatory). Prior experience as a loader, helper, or warehouse assistant is an advantage. Physically fit and able to lift heavy items. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of safety practices in loading/unloading. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
