Load and unload AV equipment including LED panels, projectors, cables, and lighting gear and other equipment.
Transport equipment safely within venues, warehouses, and between vehicles, trucks and staging areas.
Assist technical crew during setup and teardown of equipment on site.
Follow directions from supervisors to move, place, or retrieve specific items.
Ensure equipment is handled with care and secured properly during transport.
Keep loading/unloading zones clean and organized.
Assist with basic packing and unpacking and cleaning of materials.
Adhere to safety protocols while lifting heavy objects and using trolleys or other moving equipment.
Report any damage or missing items to the supervisor.
Work collaboratively with the technical and logistics team to ensure timely readiness for events.
