Collect biomedical waste from hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare facilities as per daily route plans.
Ensure safe handling, loading, and transportation of biomedical waste in compliance with government and pollution control board guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle at all times.
Verify waste segregation and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Maintain collection records, logbooks, and obtain signatures from clients when required.
Follow safety protocols and wear prescribed protective equipment during collection and transportation.
Ensure timely collection and delivery to the designated treatment/disposal facility.
Requirements:
Valid
LMV driving license
and/or
Motorcycle license
.
Experience in waste collection or similar field preferred.
Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
Physically fit and willing to work on field routes.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
