What are we looking for:


Skilled in designing & delivering training programs like leadership, soft skills, life skills, sustainable development, skills & managerial training. Beyond corporate roles, excel in Stakeholder Management, Instructional Designing, Curriculum Development Project Management, E-learning development, Career coach and Job search strategist, LMS handling and Talent Management. WORK EXPERIENCE Training Program Development: LMS Optimization Manage the implementation and optimization of Cornerstone Learning Management System and conceptualize and execute strategic learning initiatives. Stakeholder and Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives. ROI Analysis and Budget Management: Conduct ROI analysis of training programs, leading to a 25 - 30 % improvement in cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
