Job Title: LMS Intern (Transition to LMS Executive)
Department: Learning Operations
Location: Remote (India, supporting Malaysia HQ)
Reporting To: LMS & CRM Specialist / Program Advisor
Duration: 6 months (1-month Training + 2-month Free Internship + 3-month Paid Internship)
1. Role Objective
To support end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) operations, assist in content
organization, learner onboarding, ticket resolution, and performance reporting. The role is
designed to groom interns into LMS Executives capable of independently managing multiple
programs and course modules across ASEAN and Global markets.
2. Transition Stages
Stage Duration Description
Training Period (Stage
1) 1 Month Orientation on LMS/CRM systems, product
knowledge, and process shadowing.
Free Internship (Stage
2) 2 Months Hands-on learning with defined weekly tasks under
supervision.
Paid Internship (Stage
3) 3 Months Independent execution with measurable KPIs and
performance-linked allowance (PLA).
3. Key Job Duties
During Internship (All Stages):
? Learn and assist in course setup, content upload, and learner assignment.
? Manage daily LMS tickets and learner support queries.
? Coordinate with Student Admins and Trainers for batch schedules.
? Track, update, and maintain course data in Google Sheets and CRM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?39,791.04 per month
