Job Description

Develop engaging and informative content, including written materials, videos, and interactive courses for the Knowledge Hub. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate information and ensure the content is relevant and up-to-date. Utilise various multimedia tools to create high-quality videos and visual content that enhance the learning experience. Organize and structure content in a user-friendly manner to facilitate easy navigation and effective learning. Continuously update and improve existing content based on feedback and new information. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and educational standards. Work closely with the training and development team to identify learning needs and create appropriate content. Monitor the usage and effectiveness of the content, adjusting as and when necessary to improve engagement and outcomes.

Eligibility

Proven experience in content creation, instructional design, or a related field. Proficiency in multimedia tools and software for creating videos and interactive content. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and work as part of a team. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online education platforms. Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for learning and development Experience in the Logistics / Shipping Industry will be an added advantage. Experience with corporate training or adult education will be advantageous. Should be an immediate Joiner

Work From Office On Contract Basis for 6 months

Work Timings: Australian Shift Monday - Friday (5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST)
