Below is the JD:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand gold loan processes, policies, and pain points.
Document functional and non-functional requirements for LMS enhancements.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Prepare FSDs (Functional Specification Documents) and process maps.
Should have good understanding of API's and understanding of doing basic sanity of API's using tools like Postman, SOAP etc.
Ensure compliance with RBI/financial regulations for gold loans.
Act as liaison between business teams, operations, compliance, and IT.
Manage change requests and prioritize backlog items.
Support SIT/UAT by preparing test cases and validating system outputs.
* Ensure LMS features meet gold loan product requirements and customer experience standards.
