Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, referrals, and showroom walk-ins.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and explain key features of Mahindra LMM vehicles.
Negotiate and close sales ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Build strong relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Ensure timely communication regarding new offers, schemes, and finance options.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Track competitor activities, pricing, and offers.
Share insights with management to design effective sales strategies.
Process Adherence & Documentation
Ensure completion of all sales documentation including finance, insurance, and RTO formalities.
Maintain records of inquiries, test drives, and conversions in CRM systems.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and service teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
