Job Description

Role Overview



The LLP Executive will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations, compliance, and coordination activities of the LLP under HARE KRISHNA GOKUL KSHETRAM. This role requires a balance of administrative excellence, financial discipline, and strong communication skills to ensure that all LLP operations remain compliant, transparent, and aligned with the organization's devotional mission.

Key Responsibilities



1. LLP Compliance & Governance



Track partner contributions, profit-sharing, and reinvestment into charitable purposes.

2. Administrative & Operational Support



Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Prabhu/LLP Partners. Prepare financial reports, presentations, and communication notes as required. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.

3. Communication & Coordination



Act as a point of contact between the LLP partners, staff, devotees, and external stakeholders. Draft letters, notices, and official communications with professionalism and accuracy. Handle calls, emails, and visitors with courtesy and efficiency.

4. Event & Program Management



Assist in planning and execution of LLP-related events, temple programs, and festivals. Coordinate logistics, resources, and volunteers for smooth event operations. Prepare post-event documentation and performance reports.

5. Project & Task Management



Track progress of LLP projects and initiatives, providing regular updates to management. Ensure tasks assigned by the LLP Partners are completed within deadlines. Maintain confidentiality in all sensitive financial and organizational matters.

6. Devotional & Ethical Standards



Uphold and promote HARE KRISHNA GOKUL KSHETRAM's spiritual and ethical values. Ensure all business activities follow sattvic principles (no meat, alcohol, intoxication). Support initiatives where LLP profits are used for charitable and devotional projects.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:



BBA or MBA preferred. Bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce, Administration, or related field accepted.

Experience:



2-5 years of experience in LLP marketing, or operations. Experience in NGO/faith-based organizations is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Telugu/Hindi). Strong management, coordination, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting tools (Tally/ERP preferred). Good interpersonal skills with a calm, professional demeanor.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
