Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior AI/ML Engineer

with expertise in

Large Language Models (LLMs)

, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. The candidate will design, develop, and optimize AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on

LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, vector databases, and production-grade AI applications

.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy

LLM-powered applications

and AI/ML models for real-world use cases. Fine-tune, optimize, and evaluate

foundation models

(GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, etc.). Implement

prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

, and

vector database integrations

(Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus). Develop scalable

ML pipelines

using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Product, Cloud/DevOps) to integrate AI into production systems. Conduct

A/B testing, performance benchmarking, and model validation

to ensure reliability and accuracy. Research and stay up to date with

AI/ML advancements

and apply them to business needs. Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in AI/ML development.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience

in AI/ML development, with at least

2+ years working on LLMs/NLP

. Strong expertise in

Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers

. Experience with

fine-tuning, transfer learning, LoRA/PEFT, and RAG pipelines

. Hands-on experience with

vector databases

(Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate). Solid knowledge of

MLOps tools

(MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD). Proficiency in

cloud platforms

(AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI). Strong understanding of

data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

. Experience with

REST APIs, microservices, and AI system integration

.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

Knowledge of

multimodal models

(text + image, speech, video). Experience in

reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF)

. Familiarity with

LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks

. Contribution to

AI/ML open-source projects

or research publications.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
