Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure that provisioning activities are aligned with broader business objectives.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating processes for provisioning activities, ensuring that they are up-to-date and consistent with industry standards and best practices.
Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the provisioning team, tracking and reporting on team performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Continuously evaluate and improve provisioning processes, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Work flexible US shifts and manage teams across multiple time zones. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the provisioning team.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including data protection, privacy, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex provisioning issues, providing technical expertise to the team as needed.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the telecom industry, evaluating their potential impact on provisioning activities and making recommendations to management.
