The Programs and Ops Excellence department works to identify, define, manage, and drive special projects and initiatives that are cross-functional and strategic to the 'Livspace for Business'.

- Improve overall NPS (Internal/partners/customers)

- Creating an escalation framework vis a vis Vendor performance

- Pre-empting risks on project health vis a vis Supply and Service Delivery, etc.

The role involves working directly on BU head's initiatives of building excellence in the Delivery Engine and following are the key responsibilities:

- Responsible for Ops program and ops excellence Projects

- Perform risk analysis, call out risks early and problem-solve to reduce & remove the same

- Proactively identify gaps and roadblocks that functions are struggling with & troubleshoot them

- While driving initiatives, you are expected to get your hands dirty and drive implementation to get the desired results (role will not be limited to defining strategy)

- Discovering and implementing new ideas and techniques to solve issues that come up and handling any hiccups that come along the way

Job Requirement

- B.E/B.Tech graduates with 2-4 yrs of business analytics experience, with at least one of the stints at startup

- Excel/Google Sheets (Good hands on Google scripting is a plus, SQL, and any other critical BA tools & language

- Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

- Stakeholder Management

- Excellent Communication Skills
