Assist Officer/Sr. Officer for overall programme implementation
Oversee all programme activities at field level ensuring effective engagement of deployed staff
Verify and approve all finance related documents
Review, analyse programme and respective field staffs on monthly basis
Ensure staff capacity development training in coordination with HO
Ensure submission of monthly reports (branch wise) from the entire zone to HO (MIS, Accounts, HR reports etc.)
Participate in meetings, forums & events organised at the district level to promote the THP Program
Advocate & developing network with different stakeholders and resource agencies at the Block and district level for promotion and linkage services / entitlements for beneficiaries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
