Job Description

Reporting to the Event Manager, the Live Operator performs Video Streaming Operations in Live Production environment, as required.

For this role you must be able to work in our Mumbai office.

Responsibilities

Performomg Video Streaming Operations during live events Quality control of operational output Managing two-way communications with the client during live operations Manages operational escalations to internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent output quality Working out of hours, weekends, late and over-night, and at short notice, the role requires a high level of flexibility. Experience in computer usage Experience working with Live online video streaming. Experience with Elemental Encoders and Windows Azure very beneficial. Excellent communication skills (able to clearly and credibly explain issues to II and III Level support teams). Has ideally worked in an operative role with computers. Confident to make decisions to resolve issues with limited supervision Enjoys working in a fast paced and highly pressured environment Able to follow reliable, clear and quality (process) documentation Good knowledge and practical experience of technologies mentioned Degree educated with a science or technology focus (desirable) Sport knowledge is very beneficial
