Key Responsibilities



Provide

real-time support

to international airline customers via

chat & email

. Assist with

reservations, bookings, cancellations, refunds, flight status, and general queries

. Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining service excellence. Accurately document all interactions in the system. Adhere to airline policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines. Work effectively in a

fast-paced, customer-focused environment

.

Eligibility & Requirements



Education: Bachelor's Degree / Undergraduate dropouts accepted. Experience: Candidates with

6+ months of BPO experience

. Skills: Excellent

written English communication

. Strong typing speed & accuracy. Proficiency in computer applications & multitasking. Availability: Comfortable working in a

24/7 rotational shift environment

(including nights). Schedule:

5 days working, 2 rotational offs

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹385,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
