We are looking for a Part-Time Legal Advisor with expertise in MSME disputes, arbitration, and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the MSME Act, arbitration proceedings, and contract enforcement related to small and medium enterprises.

This role is ideal for legal professionals who are looking for a flexible work arrangement while leveraging their litigation and arbitration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on legal matters concerning MSME clients, particularly related to payments, contracts, and disputes Represent the organization or clients in arbitration and conciliation matters Draft and review legal notices, arbitration claims, and settlement agreements Assist in filing claims under the MSME Samadhan Portal Conduct legal research on arbitration laws and recent judgments impacting MSMEs Liaise with external counsel and government authorities as needed Monitor ongoing legal cases and provide timely updates
Qualifications:

LLB degree; LLM preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in arbitration and MSME-related litigation In-depth knowledge of the MSMED Act, 2006 and Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 Strong drafting and legal opinion-writing skills Good understanding of commercial contract law and dispute resolution Bar Council registration in India (if applicable)

Working Hours: Flexible (8-20 hours/week) Salary: Commensurate with experience / [Optional: fixed stipend per case or per hour
