Job Description

Legal Litigation in Real Estate:

Litigation

: Handling disputes related to property ownership, boundaries, leases, and contractual obligations. Representing clients in lawsuits related to breach of contract, property rights, fraud, eminent domain, and zoning issues.

Real Estate Transactions

: Advising clients on the legal aspects of buying, selling, leasing, and financing properties. Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, and leases, ensuring compliance with local and federal laws.

Property Law

: Understanding property law, including land title issues, adverse possession, landlord-tenant laws, and property tax disputes. Resolving issues involving property disputes such as easements, encroachments, and trespassing.

Zoning and Land Use

: Advising clients on zoning laws and helping them navigate land-use regulations for development projects. Representing clients in zoning hearings, challenges, and appeals.

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensuring that real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety laws. Helping clients understand and comply with building codes, environmental protection laws, and other real estate-specific regulations.
Education : law(LLB)
Preferred Experience : Real estate background
Experience : 7-12 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
