- The candidate should have prior work experience in a Law Firm.

About the Role:

SPN Advisors LLP is looking for a Litigation Associate (1-3 years PQE) to assist in a counsel-driven litigation practice. The role involves legal research, drafting, court appearances, and preparing detailed counsel notes across matters involving Civil, IP, and Corporate Laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, applications, and legal opinions Conduct legal research and prepare counsel briefs Appear before courts and tribunals (Delhi High Court.) Coordinate with clients, counsels, and regulatory bodies Use tech tools like LiquidText for research and document handling

Requirements:

1-3 years of litigation experience, especially in Civil and Corporate Law Strong drafting, research, and communication skills Familiarity with IBC, Companies Act, 2013, and IP-related litigation Comfortable with legal tech tools (e.g., LiquidText, PDF editors)
