Identify and onboard OEM clients in automotive, inverter, industrial, and EV segments.
Develop and execute OEM sales strategies for the Delhi region.
Manage complete OEM sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, pricing, negotiations, and closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM purchase and technical teams.
Track competitor activities and market trends to support pricing and product decisions.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for smooth order execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports, and update CRM regularly.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of lead-acid and/or lithium battery products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and B2B sales abilities.
Ability to handle technical discussions with OEM clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Engineer preferred; MBA is an advantage.
5-10 years of experience
in OEM sales in battery, inverter, EV, or automotive components industry.
Proven experience in managing OEM accounts and meeting targets.
