We are looking for Lithium battery repair technician who will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining lithium-ion battery. The candidate should have a good understanding of battery management systems (BMS), cell balancing, and safety standards.
Location: Pune
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose faults in lithium-ion battery packs and identify defective cells or components
2. Repair and replace lithium battery cells, connectors, and wiring as required
3. Perform battery pack assembly, disassembly, and reconditioning
4. Test batteries for voltage, capacity, internal resistance, and performance
5. Troubleshoot and repair BMS (battery management systems) related issues
6. Ensure proper cell balancing and thermal management
7. Follow safety procedures while handling lithium batteries to avoid fire or short circuits
8. Maintain repair records, test reports, and service documentation
9. Support preventive maintenance and quality checks

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
