Listings Specialist

About the Job:

Our goal is to make local businesses successful. A Listings Specialist works to help local businesses establish and maintain their online presence by working closely with our Partners, our Listings products, and our fulfillment services. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who communicates effectively, understands the importance of online marketing, and has a working knowledge of social media marketing. They must also be comfortable creating online content and demonstrating excellent customer service skills. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change is a valuable asset in this fast paced environment.

Your Impact:

As a listing Specialist you\'ll work with our marketing services team to:

• Work with Vendasta\xe2\x80\x99s partners to bolster their business by providing fulfillment services to their small-medium sized business clients
• Create, claim, and adjust listings on a variety of online sources
• Process orders as they come into the Vendasta platform
• Track all completed and pending work within Vendasta\xe2\x80\x99s task management platform
• Provide world class customer service for our partners and their clients
• Maintain product knowledge and awareness for our partners and their clients
• Provide cross functional assistance to other departments within Marketing Services as required (training will be provided)

What you bring to the table:

• 1+ years experience in customer service
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Digital marketing experience for local business
• Proficient knowledge of social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) considered an asset
• Base understanding of online listing sources (Google, Bing, Yelp).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team

Responsible for the following KPIs:

• # Listings completed
• Days to delivery for listings services
