About the Role

We are looking for kind, empathetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as Listeners. In this role, you will provide emotional support to users through chat, voice, and video calls. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives from the comfort of your own home, working on a schedule that fits your life.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with users actively and compassionately via chat, voice, or video calls. Provide a non-judgmental and confidential space for users to express themselves. Offer support and a listening ear to help users feel heard and validated. Manage your own schedule and availability on the platform.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

Female candidates only.

Minimum age: 18 years or older. Excellent communication and active listening skills. A naturally empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental personality. Availability to commit a minimum of 4 hours per week. Fluency in any language is welcome. We are a multilingual platform! Access to a smartphone and/or laptop with a stable internet connection.
