Your field of responsibility Your responsibilities include:
Oversight of Listed Derivatives Brokerage Payables and Receivables processing activities carried out by outsourcing partner team
Partner with other brokerage counterparts to close out Aged Receivables/Payables on the Listed Derivatives Brokerage Balance Sheets
Drive the Atlantis brokerage settlement process for timely payment/receipts
Handling Electronic and Manual brokerage payments for multiple brokers and management Reporting
Effective Nostro management for timely closure of nostro breaks
Review Listed Derivatives Metrics, Reporting and MI provided by the Vendor
Representing CS at industry forums and partnering with other industry participants to address process inefficiencies and drive-change
Support ongoing projects impacting the Listed Derivatives Brokerage team including the Legal Entity Migrations, transition to new vendor for processing LD business and the introduction of a new electronic settlement platform for LD Brokerage
Work closely with the Listed Derivatives Brokerage Control team to ensure operational processing activities are aligned to the balance sheets
Partner with our stakeholders in Front and Middle office to ensure that we offer an efficient brokerage processing service to the firm's clients

Your skills and experience Ideal candidate should have a mixture of operations and finance experience
At least 7-8 years’ work experience within the Financial Sector either for Bank or Financial Services Vendor
At least 4-5 years of Operations or Brokerage processing experience
Knowledge of payment processing and proven grasp of Swift messages
Knowledge and understanding of nostro breaks and funds application
Proficient in accounting concepts
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Proven ability to multi task effectively as well as detail oriented, has outstanding problem solving skills and can thrive under pressure
Willingness to work in shifts as per business requirement
