Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Proven work experience as an Area Sales Manager, preferably within the liquor, Alco-Bev Industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
Communication & Negotiation:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical abilities to analyze liquor sales data, understand market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Local Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the Delhi Liquor sale market and its specific regulatory environment is highly desirable.
Results-Oriented:
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
