About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled

System Administrator

with 1-3 years of experience managing

Linux and Windows environments

. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain

Linux and Windows servers

. Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, availability, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Perform system updates, patches, and backups. Assist in automation, scripting, and process optimization. Collaborate with developers, IT, and support teams to maintain smooth operations.

Communicate with customers via email, phone, and remote sessions to deliver technical support

. Maintain accurate documentation of support issues, resolutions, and system updates.

Requirements

1-3 years of hands-on experience in Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar) and Windows Server administration. Strong understanding of system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and security practices. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls). Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) is desirable. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English(written and spoken)

. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
