About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor load and uptime of physical web servers
2. Monitor service performance
3. Analyze abuse patterns and suggest countermeasures
4. Deploy new servers (software level)
5. Identify and combat unusual DDoS attacks
6. Develop supervision for subparts including FTP, Litespeed, Bitninja, CloudLinux OS, MySQL, R1Soft
7. Ask precise questions to customers for a quick understanding of the root problem
8. Assist our Customer Success specialists to examine service problems from the client side and suggest them
9. Communicate with clients through different modes like email and live chat to resolve issues
10. Systematically send unresolved issues to suitable internal teams
11. Manage multiple open issues at a time
12. Touch on optimization and automation tasks on multiple projects with tools available (Ansible)
