= About the Role =

We are hiring a skilled

Linux System Administrator

to join our team. The candidate will manage and run Linux-based servers, websites and multi-stack web hosting platforms.

= Recommended Educational Qualifications =

Minimum requirement (Any of the following):

B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / BCA

Equivalent technical degree with relevant certifications

= Skills required =

Install, configure, maintain, and secure Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Debian, RockyLinux ). Setup Web servers (Apache, Nginx), Mail server (Postfix, Dovecot, Mailcow, Mailwizz) Manage backup systems (local & cloud), disaster recovery strategies, and restore procedures. Deploy, configure, and optimize web servers:

Apache, NGINX, Tomcat, Node.js environments.

= Hosting, Cloud & Virtualization =

Manage control panel systems like WHM, cPanel servers including scaling, optimization, migration, and security. Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, Route 53, Load Balancers). Create automation scripts using Bash, Python, Ansible, Perl, or similar. Setup and Manage containers using Docker and Kubernetes.

= Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Support =

Monitor system with Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or Zabbix.

Review logs and troubleshoot

network, hardware, performance, and application issues. Maintain

documentation

for configurations, procedures, automation scripts, and architecture.

= Security & Compliance =

Implement system hardening, firewall rules, user access control, SELinux, OS patching, and best security practices. Manage user accounts, permissions, MFA, SSH access, and role-based access controls.

= Technology Stack Exposure (Preferred) =

Backend / Hosting environments:

LAMP, WordPress, Laravel, Java apps, Node.js apps, React deployments.

Networking:

DNS, TCP/IP, routing, load balancers, VPN, firewall policies.

= Required Skills =

Experience in web servers (Apache, NGINX) and database administration (MySQL/MariaDB). Strong scripting ability (Shell/Bash, Python, Ansible, Perl, Awk/Sed). Skilled in system hardening, mail server administration, firewall rule configuration.

= Salary Range =

?15,000 - ?30,000 per month
