job title : red hat linux l2/l3 level support
qualification : expecting the candidate to be strong in the linux basics.
if the candidate is a fresher, red hat certification is mandatory.
roles & responsibilities :
configurating/troubleshooting mail servers.
handling/troubleshooting dns servers.
handling switches, routers and networking.
handling cronjobs and scripting for db backup.
monitoring/troubleshooting server
load. installation/configuring/.
handling/troubleshooting cloud server (. aws, rake space, open stack, digital ocean etc).
mysql db backup and application backup server.
monitor the replication server and disk spaces.
should able to troubleshoot desktop & network issues.
good knowledge in linux system optimizations and security.
strong troubleshooting skills on linux and linux server administration {ubuntu, centos, redhat}
added advantage : knowledge in deployment tools & scripting (python/bash)
redhat certified professional (rhce/rhcsa).
any cloud certification
