Linux & Network Support Engineer.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, handling GOSS (Graphic Offset System Solutions) equipment, and performing regular maintenance to ensure system reliability. This role demands hands-on experience in field service, troubleshooting, and a strong understanding of electrical or computer engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management:

Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

GOSS Operation:

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot GOS equipment, ensuring high-performance levels.

Installation & Setup:

Perform equipment installation and setup at client sites, following technical and safety standards.

Preventive Maintenance:

Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, reducing operational interruptions.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed service logs and prepare reports on installation, maintenance, and operational performance.

Compliance & Safety:

Always ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Client Interaction:

Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on maintenance schedules, repairs, and operational status.

Key Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge in electrical systems or computer science fundamentals. Familiarity with GOSS systems or similar printing equipment is an advantage.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in field service, installation, and maintenance. Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

Key Requirements-

1. Must have knowledge in

Linux Operating System

and from CS background.

2.

Networking Knowledge

and Installation of Network equipment.

3. Server system maintenance, diagnosis and troubleshoot

4. Network cabling and routing knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
