IT operations Understanding and troubleshooting knowledge of Servers, Networking Devices and storage Working experience on Windows and Linux based operating system Understanding and troubleshooting knowledge End user Issues Asset Management Software and hardware compliances ITIL certifications Ensure 24X7 IT Support SLA management Incident, Change, Service Management Ensure that Servers and services are up and running Conduct the health check-up of servers and network devices Support the Business for production Ensure that Video conferencing services are up and running Printer Support and management Create the print archival on DVD\'s in case of requirement Co-ordination with teams and vendor On-Boarding and Off-Boarding as per compliance Asset Management IT Stock Management for the allocated locations Spare Management Software Compliances Scrap and e-waste Management and compliance Ensure Patch Management is taking place regularly Liaison with customer and handle all the escalations and issues Software Licence Management Event based IT Support
