Job Summary:

MPIRIC Web Services is seeking an experienced

Linux Kernel Developer

with strong expertise in kernel internals, device drivers, and system-level programming. The ideal candidate will work on advanced engineering projects, including kernel customization, performance tuning, and debugging.

Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain

Linux kernel modules

Work on

device driver development

(char/block/network/storage) Debug kernel crashes, panics, and performance issues Optimize kernel performance and memory usage Customize Linux kernel for embedded/server environments Collaborate with engineering teams for integration and deployment Work with debugging tools: GDB, perf, ftrace, strace, etc. Maintain code quality using Git and CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in Linux kernel development Strong knowledge of

C/C++

, data structures & OS concepts Hands-on experience with kernel modules, system calls, and drivers Experience with

Yocto, Buildroot, or Embedded Linux

(preferred) Understanding of hardware-software interactions Strong analytical and debugging skills
